As stated, leading by example turns the room and all those around you, coworkers, and stakeholders, not only into allies but strengthens the commitment to create a fantastic work environment and thus propels efficiency into working together towards a common goal. “Strategic Communication/s” is truly a big statement that might be beyond its intended meaning.Unfortunately, the word “strategy” has been drained of meaning by ubiquity and overuse. 🤨It can be applied in armed conflicts, politics, business and so on, to employ the best suited resources which might be available to achieve the best and most impactful results.It is about getting more out of a situation with your present power, capabilities weaknesses would suggest. It is kind of an art of creating power.The origins of the word can be found in the mythology which offers the possibility of cleverness defeating a brute power.As a conclusion the term STRATEGY or something STRATEGIC can be used only when it deserves.
