You will be at the forefront of our webinar strategy, from conceptualization to execution, playing a key role in enhancing our brand’s presence and impact in the market.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategy Development: Develop and refine the webinar strategy, focusing on identifying target audiences and selecting topics that align with their interests and needs. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and informative webinar content that stands out in the market. Work with subject matter experts, content creators, and designers to develop compelling presentations, demonstrations, and interactive elements.
  • Technical Oversight: Choose and manage webinar hosting platforms, ensuring all technical aspects, including audio and video quality, are flawless. Stay ahead of technological advancements and trends in webinar delivery.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote webinars, increase registrations, and drive attendance. Utilize various channels effectively, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to maximize audience engagement during webinars, including live Q&A sessions, polls, and interactive discussions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze webinar performance using key metrics to measure success, including attendance rates, engagement levels, and lead generation effectiveness. Use insights to improve future webinars and strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Design and implement a comprehensive follow-up strategy to nurture leads generated from webinars, working closely with the sales team to convert attendees into customers.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in webinar management, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of creating successful webinars.
  • Strong understanding of webinar technologies, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse audience.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Experience in lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Leadership or professional management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, brand PR and content teams.
