Entry Level Account Manager – Carpentersville, IL
$45,000-$55,000 + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matching, PTO, and more!)

As one of the leading ecommerce jewelers in the world, and a leader in ethical origin fine jewelry, we are on the lookout for a bright, motivated Entry LevelAccount Manager. Our Account Managers are passionate about helping people through the order process by building strong relationships with consumers.
Responsibilities:
Continually keep up to date with our growing portfolio of products so that you can effectively and professionally communicate them to our client base
Effectively balance the advocacy of your clients’ needs while ensuring that our company’s interests and goals are always maintained
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat communication
Work through customized orders with clients while paying heavy attention to detail in an effort to achieve their vision
Lead the coordination of resources and information to develop quotations and other documents that commit our company to our customers
Monitor the status of each quote throughout the entire process, ensuring each is processed promptly
Coordinate and communicate inventory levels, product return information, and shipment arrival
Become an integral part in channel management as we introduce products to retail stores
Manage promotions, reset initiatives, and new product placement to increase promotional activity
Requirements:
1+ year of corporate customer service experience or internship experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent telephone and customer relationship building skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Outstanding organizational and time management skills as well as strong attention to detail
